  New manager on early 2017. Ones she told me she is good they brough her from far away but, I think people residence we all were better without her. Worst management ever in this place. Don't rent or buy here. They ask nice at beginning but wait untill you sign in and stay few months. Cuts water without notice, make big problem with parking lots, you have to cut your grass earliest convenience because they will and send you a charge. Rent has to be due on the fifth after 7 day $55 next 3 days court charge. And on the 20 another $20 more. You end up double in one month rent. Only untill the 20th who knows how much more to the end of the month. Also you have to wash every spring your home Even you don't own a new home
